Officer Celano, center, of the University Police Department removes handcuffs
from Mark Trout after he was detained for questioning about a confrontation
around 6 p.m. near the Event Center. Sgt. Ramirez, left, and Cpl. Wong also
arrived on the scene after campus police received a call about an escalating
shouting match. Trout was released approximately 20 minutes later with no charges
filled against him. |
