| The UPD Library Unit is responsible for providing
public safety services for the Dr. Martin
Luther King Jr. Joint City and University
Library and the estimated 7,100 people who
visit the 475,000 square foot facililty daily.
The Unit is supervised by one sergeant and
staffed by one police officer and a number
of Community Service Specialists (non-sworn
security officers). |
