Fiscal Services
The
Fiscal Services Unit of the University
Police Department is responsible for
all fiscal matters for the University
Police Department and the Office of
Traffic and Parking Operations.
These responsibilities
include payroll services for 60
full
time employees, approximately 80
students and 250 special event officers
from other law enforcement
agencies. This unit is also responsible
for billing outside agencies and
campus
departments for personnel costs for
special events, budget preparation
and analysis, tracking revenues and
expenditures and purchasing equipment,
supplies and services.
The UPD Fiscal Services Unit is responsible
for conducting on-going internal audits
for all identified areas of the University
Police Department and Traffic and Parking
Operations. |
